Product Structural Features
- Main Material: The entire sleeve is based on a round tube, and high-strength metal material is generally selected to ensure sufficient strength and toughness to bear the tension and pressure after the steel bar is connected.
- Internal Rib Design: The two internal ribs serve to increase the friction and bite force with the steel bar, making the connection more stable. The internal ribs are usually formed integrally with the sleeve through special rolling or forging processes.
- Screw Configuration: A row of screws is used to realize the self-locking function of the sleeve. The specification and quantity of screws are determined according to the size and load-bearing capacity of the sleeve. The material is generally the same as the main body of the sleeve, and the surface will undergo rust-proof treatment.
