Introduction to Straight Thread Sleeve 

The straight thread sleeve is a steel sleeve used for mechanical connection of reinforcing bars to transmit axial tension or pressure of the reinforcing bars. The straight thread sleeve is divided into direct rolled straight thread sleeve, rib-extruded rolled straight thread sleeve and extruded straight thread sleeve. 

The connection method of straight thread sleeve is to use a threading machine to remove a part of the longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs at the end of the steel bars to be connected. Then, they are directly rolled into ordinary straight threads and connected with a specially designed straight thread sleeve to form the connection of the steel bars. The straight thread connection technology of stripping ribs and rolling straight threads is a pioneering technology invention at home and abroad, reaching the international advanced level. The stripping, rolling and straight-thread connection technology has the advantages of high efficiency, convenience, rapid construction, energy saving and consumption reduction, improvement of efficiency, and stable and reliable connection quality, and has been favored by a large number of construction units and owners.
