Brief introduction
The fully grouted sleeve is made by heating high-quality seamless steel pipes to 800 degrees and then placing them in a precision mold for a single extrusion process. After being cooled and insulated, it is further processed by a precision CNC machine. The unique hot extrusion process can effectively prevent the occurrence of internal stress and cracks at the extruded area, and its performance indicators and structural requirements exceed the technical requirements stipulated in the current national standard "Application Technology Specification for Reinforced Concrete Sleeve Grouting Connections" (JGJ355-2015) and the quality standards of the technical regulations for steel bar connections (JG/T398-2019). The process quality is excellent, the cost performance is high, and it can meet the requirements of mass production.
USE
The fully grouted sleeve rubber plug is inserted into the left end (pre-installed end) of the sleeve. The reinforcing bar is inserted through the hole of the rubber plug and passed through to a depth determined according to the connection requirements of different types of reinforcing bars. After being inserted to the designed depth, it is tied together with other reinforcing bars and placed into the component mold. The right end (on-site installation end) of the sleeve is aligned with the matching tooling installed on the formwork and is flat against the edge of the formwork. A corrugated pipe is installed at the grouting port and the corrugated pipe is positioned using the matching magnetic suction tooling. Concrete is poured to form the component. During component installation, the open end of the grouting sleeve is aligned with and sleeved onto the protruding reinforcing bar of the lower wall panel. After sealing the cavity or placing the grout, the matching grout material is injected through the grouting port. When the exhaust port overflows, the exhaust port and the grouting port are sealed. When the grout material reaches a certain strength, the longitudinal reinforcing bars are connected as a whole.
