Products Description
In terms of equipment structure, GLUS-40-II consists of a high-strength frame, dual-motor power system, precision thread rolling mechanism, automatic feeding device, and intelligent control system. The frame adopts an integral welded structure and undergoes aging treatment to effectively reduce vibration deformation during processing; the power system features a main and auxiliary dual-motor design, where the main motor drives the thread rolling wheels to rotate (speed adjustable via frequency conversion, ranging from 50-300r/min), and the auxiliary motor controls the feeding action to ensure stable torque during thread processing; the thread rolling mechanism is equipped with three sets of alloy thread rolling wheels, which realize cold rolling forming on the steel bar surface through gear train linkage, with thread precision reaching grade 6g, full thread profile, and dimensional error controlled within ±0.1mm; the automatic feeding device is driven by pneumatic or hydraulic power, enabling automatic positioning and clamping of steel bars with a positioning accuracy of 0.5mm; the control system is equipped with a touch screen interface, supporting preset processing parameters (such as thread length, rolling pressure) for steel bars of different diameters, and featuring automatic counting, fault diagnosis, and parameter memory functions, significantly reducing manual operation intensity.
The equipment has a wide application range, capable of processing hot-rolled ribbed steel bars (HRB335 to HRB600) with diameters of 12mm-40mm, smooth round steel bars, and some special material steel bars, compatible with thread specifications of various sleeves such as standard type and upset type. Its processing flow is: steel bar loading → automatic positioning and clamping → thread rolling wheel feeding and rolling → automatic tool retraction after thread forming → finished product discharging. The processing cycle for a single steel bar is only 20-40 seconds, with a daily processing capacity of 800-1200 pieces, meeting mass production needs. Compared with traditional thread rolling machines, its core advantages are: first, stronger stability of the upgraded version — the second-generation model optimizes the thread rolling wheel bearing set and feeding guide rail, reducing precision attenuation after long-term use; second, high intelligence level — realizing "one-click processing" through parameter presets, reducing reliance on operators' skills; third, good compatibility — quickly adapting to different specifications of steel bars by replacing thread rolling wheels without large-scale equipment adjustment.
GLUS-40-II is widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, subways and other projects with strict requirements on steel bar connection quality, and is a key equipment to ensure that straight thread sleeve connections meet the Class Ⅰ joint standard (tensile strength ≥ base material strength). During use, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the thread rolling wheels (it is recommended to calibrate after processing 500 steel bars) and perform lubrication and maintenance in accordance with regulations to ensure long-term processing accuracy.
