Guided by the mission of “Ensuring structural safety for the construction industry”, Gulis adheres to the principle of manufacturing strictly in compliance with national standards and building highly professional teams. Foundation Stage (2003–2011)

Construction Expertise as the Cornerstone

Founded in July 2003, Gulis originated from Shenzhen Xuxingda Industrial Co., Ltd., initially specializing in rebar mechanical connection construction services. During this period, the company focused on project execution, accumulating extensive on-site experience and gaining deep insight into industry requirements and quality standards.

Years of hands-on participation in various construction projects laid a solid technical and operational foundation, preparing Gulis for its transition toward independent manufacturing and brand development.

Brand Establishment Stage (2012–2014)

From Service Provider to Brand Manufacturer

In 2011, Gulis made a strategic shift by investing in its own rebar coupler production line and successfully registering the “Gulis” trademark. This marked the beginning of the company’s transformation from a construction service provider to a brand-driven manufacturer.

To further strengthen brand development, Shenzhen Gulis Building Materials Co., Ltd. was officially established in March 2012. The company focused on the production and sales of rebar mechanical couplers while maintaining technical construction support. An integrated business model combining manufacturing, sales, and technical services was formed.

During this stage, Gulis expanded its product portfolio to include threading machines, spare parts, plastic spacers, and related tools, providing customers with a one-stop solution for rebar connection systems.

Scale Expansion Stage (2015–2020)

Capacity Growth and Nationwide Presence

As market demand increased, Gulis entered a phase of rapid expansion. In 2018, the company established a modern manufacturing base in Gaotang County, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, covering over 20,000 square meters. Equipped with advanced production facilities, this base significantly enhanced production capacity, quality control, and standardized management.

At the same time, Gulis expanded its domestic market network by setting up branches in major cities including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Changsha, Kunming, Chengdu, and Beijing, forming a nationwide service system.

Through long-term cooperation with leading state-owned construction enterprises such as China Railway Group and China Railway Construction Corporation, Gulis became a trusted supplier for major infrastructure projects across China.

This expansion marked Gulis’ transition into an internationally oriented brand.

While strengthening its core rebar connection business, Gulis continues to broaden its product and service scope. In 2024, the company launched the “Pengcheng Steel Structure” brand, entering the field of embedded products for concealed construction works. In 2025, Gulis became a qualified supplier for landmark projects such as the Guangxi Bailong Nuclear Power Project and Nanjing North Railway Station, supporting national-level energy and transportation infrastructure.
