"Internet+" Future Science and Technology City (Penguin Island), the global headquarters of Tencent, is located in the Datianwan Area of Xixiang Street, Baoan District, with a land area of 809,000 square meters. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed by the end of 2024 and is expected to be fully completed in 2026.

It mainly builds innovative industrial housing, commercial and living facilities, science and technology exhibition halls, data and intelligent control centers, etc. The construction of the project to become Tencent's global headquarters will shape Binhai's iconic science and technology park, further expand Tencent's global influence, and make up for Tencent's 1.3 million square meters of office space gap.
The first phase of the Tencent Future Science and Technology City project will be constructed by the Fourth Bureau of China Central Construction.
